The FACT Fitness LLC team specializes in helping South Bay area residents develop healthy workout regimens to help them get the results they want. Our personal trainers can help you:

We work one-on-one and sometimes two-on-one with clients, depending on the request. Tell us when you’re ready to get started, and we’ll design a customized training program for you. If you visit us for at least three days a week for six to eight weeks, we guarantee you’ll start to see the results you want.

Train solo or with a group – it’s all up to you!
FACT Fitness LLC offers a variety of workout packages for individuals and small groups. For personal coaching sessions, we charge:
- $50 for individual introductions (Limited time only)
- $65 for one person
- $70 for two people
- $90 for three people
- $10 for each class workout and boot camp session
Special rates apply on a case-by-case basis. Our group training classes start at $155 per month for four weeks of 30-minute sessions. We cap our small group classes at six people. We’ll help you and your friends make lasting changes for a healthier lifestyle.
