Coach Martinez Martin and the Hoop Grind Daily trainers have officially joined the FACT Fitness team to bring elite level basketball training to Georgetown and surrounding communities. 

In addition to basketball skill training, participants will receive basketball specific strength, conditioning, speed, and agility training through the Fact Fitness sports performance coaches.

Details:

  • Offered Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays ($165/ month for 1 day/week, $225/ month for 2 days/ week, $300/ month for 3 days/ week)

 

  • Middle School:
    • Tuesdays 5-6:30pm (6-6:30 will be sports performance training-- speed, conditioning, agility, etc)
    • Thursdays 7-8:30pm (8-8:30 will be sports performance training-- speed, conditioning, agility, etc)
    • Fridays 4-5:30pm (5-5:30 will be sports performance training-- speed, conditioning, agility, etc)

 

  • High School: 
    • Tuesdays 5:30-7pm (5:30-6 will be sports performance training-- speed, conditioning, agility, etc)
    • Thursdays 7:30pm - 9pm (7:30-8pm will be sports performance training-- speed, conditioning, agility, etc);
    • Fridays 4:30- 6pm (4:30-5pm will be sports performance training-- speed, conditioning, agility, etc)
