Marketing specialist

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist.  You will work directly with the Gym Owner and coaches to create, coordinate, and execute and execution of all marketing activities in an efficient and effective manner to increase brand awareness and sales.  You must be a detail-oriented individual with great communication skills and a team player. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with search engine optimization and/or search engine marketing.
  • Experience tracking and reporting marketing campaign metrics, results, and assessments against goals (i.e. return on investments, key performance indicators, etc.)
  • Expert in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and TikTok
  • Experience with graphic design software (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva)
  • Experience using website content management systems (i.e. FitHive)
  • Experience writing content for social media and web content
  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field required


  • Scheduling organic social media posts through multiple channels to grow presence
  • Social Media monitoring and responding to comments, messages, etc. 
  • Plan, Coordinate, and Execute campaigns for upcoming events and promotions
  • Keep the website updated with current information 
  • Create landing pages for new programs 
  • Automate lead generation 
  • Manage the referral program
  • Assist in planning local events
  • Conduct Market Research to increase sales.

We are looking for a full-time talented and competitive Sales Representative.  You must be a self-starter, have keen attention to detail, well organized, strong presenting abilities, a friendly personality, and have an interest in sports or fitness.  This position will be reporting to our Sales Manager.


  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Represent our company at local events


  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Self-Starter
  • Willing to work weekends
