F³ CROSSFIT

 
F³ CrossFit is fitness for everyone. F³ is a high-intensity workout that consists of varying functional movements, such as squats, pull-ups, push-ups, lunges, lifting, running, and more.  The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a seasoned athlete can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity.

Class Schedule 

Monday through Friday:  5:30am, 8:30am, 6:30pm

Saturday: 9:15am
