Basketball Skills & Performance Training (3x per week)
$300.00 every month
Coach Martinez Martin and the Hoop Grind Daily trainers are officially joining the FACT Fitness team. We'll be offering basketball skill development and athletic performance training for middle schoolers and high schoolers three times a week.
Middle School: Thursdays 7-8:30pm (8-8:30pm will be sports performance training-- speed, conditioning, agility, etc); Saturdays & Sundays 1-2:30pm (2-2:30pm will be sports performance training-- speed, conditioning, agility, etc)
High School: 7:30pm - 9pm (7:30-8pm will be sports performance training-- speed, conditioning, agility, etc); 1:30pm - 3pm (2:30-3pm will be sports performance training-- speed, conditioning, agility, etc)
