Strength and Conditioning Class

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASS

This is a full body strength class focusing on functional movement patterns of:

  • Push
  • Pull
  • Squat
  • Hinge
  • Lunge
  • and Rotation

The purpose of this class is to teach individuals the proper form and technique when lifting, increase lean muscle mass, improve mobility, and help individuals move better in their daily activities.

This class is Monday and Wednesday 5:30pm. Must register for class.
