Winnie from Ixchel Yoga will be teaching the following Yoga classes at Fact Fitness. The schedule and sign-up link are listed below.
- Yoga 101 – The basics. Great for newbies and beginners and for those who want to enhance their current practice by revisiting proper alignment and posture positioning, transitions, breathing patterns and techniques, and how to use props. All levels welcome.
- Yoga Stretch – Poses that will deeply stretch your muscles. All levels welcome.
- Vinyasa – A moderate to strong flow of postures that will raise your heart rate, strengthen your muscles, and challenge your balance. Level 2+
- Yin – A recovery, floor-based practice that releases fascial knots and locks. Fewer poses, each held longer. Turn on your parasympathetic nervous system and recover from your workouts, strengthen connective tissues, increase joint mobility and your range of motion. All levels welcome.
