Winnie from Ixchel Yoga will be teaching the following Yoga classes at Fact Fitness.  The schedule and sign-up link are listed below.

Vinyasa Strong Flow

A flow of poses that will make you sweat. Raise your heartrate, strengthen your muscles, and challenge your balance. Modifications offered to raise or lower the intensity. For this class, you will need to be able to get down onto your mat and back up again repetitively. Level 1+

Vinyasa Slow Flow

A slow to moderate flow of poses that will raise your heartrate, strengthen your muscles, and challenge your balance. Modifications offered to raise or lower the intensity. For this class, you will need to be able to get down onto your mat and back up again repetitively. Level 0+

YOGA 30/20/10

30 minutes of Yoga, 20 minutes of breathwork and 10 minutes of meditative relaxation. We will warm the body with a Yoga workout and then work the breath using Pranayama and conclude the class in a deep meditative Savasana. Total newbies and beginners welcome. Good for all level Yogis.

Yin

Release knots and locks in your fascia. Trigger your parasympathetic nervous system. Strengthen connective tissues, increase joint mobility and range of motion. A cool, recovery style practice. All levels.
