- Yoga 101 – The basics. Great for newbies and beginners and for those who want to enhance their current practice by revisiting proper alignment and posture positioning, transitions, breathing patterns and techniques, and how to use props.
- Yoga Blend – For all levels, we balance a mix of slow flow vinyasa with deep Yin style stretches.
- Vinyasa – A moderate to strong flow of postures that will raise your heart rate, strengthen your muscles, and challenge your balance.
- Yin – A deep, floor-based practice that releases fascial knots and locks. Turn on your parasympathetic nervous system and recover from your workouts, strengthen connective tissues, increase joint mobility and your range of motion.
